Ariana Grande Files Lawsuit Against Alleged Hackers

Pop star Ariana Grande has sued multiple individuals identified as John Does in Los Angeles Superior Court for allegedly accessing her digital accounts without permission.

According to court documents, Grande claims the hackers stole unreleased music, photos, and videos from her collaborators. One specific incident cited is the leak of 45 unreleased tracks attributed to Grande in 2023.

The lawsuit portrays the hacking as malicious, accusing the defendants of distributing unreleased content for profit on the dark web. Grande's team argues that such actions constitute unlawful theft, dissemination, and exploitation.

The most recent example of Grande's work being compromised dates back to 2021, when the unreleased song "Fantasize" appeared on TikTok. Produced by Max Martin and Savan Kotecha for a cancelled comedy project, Grande had not given authorization for its release.

Grande hinted at seeking justice following the leak but chose not to comment further upon filing the complaint.

As her tour concludes later this month in London, it remains uncertain what steps will follow in the ongoing case against these unidentified hackers.
