Shannon Beador Faces Criticism Over Treatment of Crew Members

Reality TV producer Patrick McDonald has called out RHOC star Shannon Beador for her poor treatment of crew members, describing her as "miserable" and "narcissistic." The criticism comes after several incidents where Beador allegedly mistreated staff during production.

In a post shared on Instagram, comedian Heather McDonald poked fun at Beador's dramatic behavior, which prompted Patrick McDonald to come forward with his own experience working with Beador. He described how Beador would sometimes go from being angry and yelling at producers and crew just before cameras started rolling to suddenly adopting a more composed demeanor.

These accusations follow previous claims made by comedian Joel Kim Booster, who later apologized for stating that Beador treated Love Hotel staffers poorly. When confronted with these allegations, Beador said she gets tired and needs breaks, but maintains she never berates or screams at crew members.

Despite Beador's denial, another individual involved in the production process revealed that production had to step in multiple times to address Beador's behavior towards the filming crew. They noted that Beador was frequently reminded to calm down when directing her anger at colleagues instead of addressing the problem directly.

Beverly Hills' Katie Ginella, a fellow Real Housewives of Orange County cast member, also commented on the controversy. Her statement sparked additional conversation about the implications of Beador's actions on the show's production team and upcoming seas
